REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your abaya. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

You have [14 or 30] days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your abaya must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and quality control purposes, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Custom-sized or tailored abayas.

  • Abayas that show signs of wear, perfume, or makeup.

  • Sale or clearance items.

Process for Returns:

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
